Withdrawing winnings at Fastbet Thronebet Tanzania
Getting money out is the moment every betting account is judged by. This page collects the operator's own withdrawal rules: the rollover clause, the collection window, the branch requirement, with the worked arithmetic the terms themselves provide, so nothing below is guesswork.
Rollover
The rollover rule before any withdrawal
Clause 1.5 of the operator's terms: every deposit must be staked at least once in full before a withdrawal request becomes possible. This is an anti-pass-through rule on deposits, not a wagering requirement on winnings. Money you put in has to go through the bet slip once before any of it can leave as cash.
The terms give their own worked example. Deposit 10,000 TZS. Stake 2,000 TZS and the balance reads 8,000 TZS, still not withdrawable. Stake another 2,000 TZS at odds of 15 and win 30,000 TZS: the balance becomes 38,000 TZS, and the 30,000 TZS of winnings is the part that can be withdrawn. A deposit you never stake does not come back out as cash, so deposit in amounts you actually intend to play.
The flow
From request to collection
The request itself takes under a minute once you are logged in:
- Open the BALANCE menu and go to PAYOUT REQUESTS.
- Click CREATE WITHDRAWAL and enter the amount; the choice of sum is yours.
- Confirm. The requested amount is deducted from your total balance at that moment.
- Take your username and the code you are given to the branch to collect.
Changed your mind? A requested withdrawal can be cancelled at any time before collection, and the cancelled amount returns to your balance.
After a request is approved, the clock starts: funds stay available for collection within 24 hours. Miss that window and the withdrawal is cancelled automatically, with the money returned to your online account. Payment is possible only at the branch where the account was created, and the original username plus code is the only accepted proof of ownership. Any attempted fraud or manipulation means the payment is not submitted at all.
Limits and fees
Limits, fees and frequency
The minimum withdrawal is 1,000 TZS. The maximum payout is 30,000,000 TZS per the operator's help pages; an older rules document cites 100,000,000 TZS, and where two documents disagree, plan around the lower figure. There are no operator fees on branch deposits or withdrawals, and there is no limit on how many times you can withdraw.
- Minimum withdrawal: 1,000 TZS
- Maximum payout: 30,000,000 TZS (working figure)
- Collection window after approval: 24 hours
- Payout point: the branch that created the account
- Operator fees on branch transactions: none
If something stalls
When a payout takes too long
An independent review timed the support channels: the phone line answers in about five minutes, email in about five hours, which is more useful than the generic "24/7" claim some listings repeat. Written complaints go to support@thronebet.co.tz, and the terms commit to a resolution within 48 hours of the investigation starting.
The toll-free line is 0800-71-21-00. Have your username and the payout code in hand before you call; the code is the only proof of ownership the branch accepts, and support will ask for the same details.
Players who want to pause rather than chase a stalled payout can use the limit and self-exclusion routes on the responsible gaming page.
